PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried powder food which is less likely to generate separation of dry material with different particle size and powder soaring during use without conducting complicated pretreatment operations and excellent flavor at low cost.SOLUTION: There is provided a dried powder food containing 2 or ore kinds of dry materials which are powder and/or granular and have different particle size. The dried powder food contains further a lipid-containing powder for suppressing classification and powder soaring of the dry material. The lipid-containing powder consists of powder of one of miscellaneous cereal and a processed product thereof and lipid content at moisture content of 5 mass% is 3 mass% to 30 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
