PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium awarding system and a premium awarding method in which an awarding part in payment means by a prepaid method is awarded as a premium.;SOLUTION: A premium awarding system calculates, as a premium awarding amount, an awarding part corresponding to a use amount and a use object obtained by payment means when payment for a bill using the payment means by a prepaid method is performed (S210), calculates a shopping ticket use amount representing a use amount obtained from a paid counter value equivalent on the basis of the use amount obtained by the payment means and the calculated premium (S211), and executes payment receiving processing (S212) for receiving payment of the bill on the basis of the calculated premium awarding amount and the shopping ticket use amount.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9A;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
