PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply and demand predicting system that can accurately predict power supply and demand.SOLUTION: A power supply and demand predicting system 10 is configured to predict power supply and demand in a group G including a plurality of power consumers, which comprises a communicating portion 11, a demand amount predicting portion 12, a power generation amount predicting portion 13, and a power storage amount predicting portion 14. The power generation amounts predicting portion 13 predicts power amounts generated by each of a plurality of solar panels 21 which the group G possesses.
