The invention features a composition comprising a plurality of therapeutic agents, wherein the presence of one therapeutic agent enhances the properties of at least one other therapeutic agent. In one embodiment, the therapeutic agent is a CFTR for the treatment of a disease mediated by cystic fibrosis membrane conductance regulator (CFTR), eg, cystic fibrosis, eg, a CFTR collector or CFTR potentiator.
