This device comprises a cover holder which includes one or more clip holding means capable of holding at least one clip, the cover holder being configured to hold the cover, to which the clip has been attached, via the clip being held by the clip holding means; and a distance adjusting means capable of adjusting a distance between the cover holder and a table on which the seat body can be placed.
