PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmission device capable of performing switching between an act apparatus and a standby apparatus regardless of a configuration or situation of a device used for a redundant configuration.;SOLUTION: A communication device comprises: an addition unit that when the communication device is an active apparatus of a communication system comprising the active apparatus and a standby apparatus connected to each other, adds identification information on the active apparatus in the communication system and identification information that is on an active apparatus in an opposite communication system and is included in data received from the opposite communication system, to data to be transmitted to the opposite communication system; an extraction unit that extracts the added identification information on the active apparatus in the communication system from data transmitted to the communication system by the opposite communication system; and a switching determination unit that on the basis of the identification information on the active apparatus in the communication system extracted by the extraction unit, determines switching between the active apparatus and the standby apparatus in the communication system.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
