PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block formed with an inner grip for facilitating carrying and construction of the concrete block.;SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a concrete block formed with an inner grip, after a molding form for forming an outer shape of a concrete block and a core for forming at least one vertical through hole or vertical hole are set in a form for the block, an uncured concrete material is poured, the uncured concrete material is pressurized by a pressurizing member and vibrated by a vibration machine, the set core is removed from the molding form and a form removal table is lowered to remove a block from the molding form, and then the block is transferred to a stock storage place via a curing room. The outer periphery of the core 3 is formed with a plurality of projecting parts 7 projecting vertically.
