The present invention relates to a two-way individual elevated urban traffic (TUEP) system designed for high transport capacity suspended on a series of struts without interfering with the road traffic of vehicles and passers-by. The present invention is characterized by having a continuous series of autonomous cabins that circulate on a tubular track suspended by a stationary cable hanging between struts. The system includes a passenger elevated station that provides access to suspended cabins, which are powered blocks that circulate on the upper humps of horizontal tubular tracks that are lifted or inclined according to local terrain. It is moved by an autonomous independent electric motor that rotates. The transport system is characterized in that each cabin containing only two passengers goes directly to the destination station and deviates from the main flow towards the station, which delays the main flow of the cabin. Therefore, it means to reduce the time required for movement despite circulating at low or medium speed.
