PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance data providing device, a method for providing insurance data, and an insurance data providing program that can make efficient use of information on human health managed in a database for a field of insurance.;SOLUTION: A collecting part 10 (communication interface) collects health information on human health and agreement information showing an agreement made by a person who has provided the health information that information based on the health information may be disclosed to an insurance provider. A data management part 20 associates the health information and the agreement information collected by the collecting part 10 with each other and stores the information into a storage part 70.
