PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength ductile thin wall cast component without chill which can be thinned and therefore reduced in weight more than conventional ones, is capable of sufficiently securing strength at high temperature although wall thickness is largely reduced, and is excellent in reliability.;SOLUTION: There is provided a ductile thin wall cast machine component without chill composed of cast ion containing Fe as a main component, C:2.5 to 4 mass%, Si:1 to 3 mass%, Mn:0.1 to 1 mass%, and Cu:0.1 to 3 mass%, having a thin wall part with a thickness of 1 to 3 mm, where a structure of the thin wall part composed of a ferrite phase, a pearlitic phase and carbon particles with a composition ratio of the pearlitic phase of 60 to 80% and constituted by 1000 to 2000 carbon particles with a particle diameter of 1 to 15 μm.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
