PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking adjustment head-mounted display capable of preventing boiling-over from a cooking instrument by adjusting heating power of a cooking device from a remote place, a program for the cooking adjustment head-mounted display, and a cooking adjustment head-mounted display system.;SOLUTION: A cooking adjustment head-mounted display 100 includes: a translucent display unit capable of generating a stereoscopic image; an infrared detection unit measuring the distance to a hand; a communication system 300 capable of communicating with a heating power device 930 and a detection device 920; and a control unit controlling the display of the translucent display unit according to a movement of a hand by the infrared detection unit, and controlling the communication by the communication system 300.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
