To provide a snow melting heater for Kasagi which can efficiently and inexpensively prevent the formation of snow melting snow and snow covers of Kasagi.SOLUTION: The snow melting heater 100 for Kasagi comprises an adhesive sheet 110, an inner exterior sheet 120 adhered to the adhesive sheet 110, heat generation in which a pair of electrode wires 132 are arranged in the longitudinal direction and adhered to the inner exterior sheet 120 A sheet 130, an outer exterior sheet 140 adhered to the heat generating sheet 130, and a protective sheet 150 adhered to the outer exterior sheet 140.
