PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a technology for calculating the required staff number without using the queuing theory and with addition of the probabilistic factors.;SOLUTION: A technique is proposed in which a relationship established between traffic intensity/receptionist number and the actual response rate is learned from the actual data, and based on the learned relationship, the receptionist number achieving the target response rate on average about the prediction traffic density is calculated. Moreover, the target achievement rate can be set about the target response rate. In that case, the technique is proposed in which processing can be further executed calculating a correction value for calculating the receptionist number capable of being guaranteed at the target achievement rate with the target response rate set therein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
