PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration compaction method capable of reducing subsidence of other sand layers and exhibiting a sufficient compaction effect even if the sand layer has a high fine-grained fraction content Fc, and a management method of the same.;SOLUTION: A vibration compaction method of a sand layer includes the steps of: driving plastic drains with caps into a sand layer which requires a liquefaction countermeasure; sucking gap water through the plastic drains with caps by making a negative pressure act on the sand layer; sucking surplus gap water generated by giving vibration to the sand layer in the state that the negative pressure acts thereon; and determining completion of the vibration and sucking step on the basis of measurement results relative to the water quantity sucked by the action of the negative pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
