PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize and estimate history information containing a subsequent N value and past construction history data, for ground strength being formed.;SOLUTION: In a compacting sand pile construction method, a sand pile is formed by repeating a drawing step for drawing a hollow pipe while discharging sand after the hollow pipe is initially penetrated and a drive-back step which drives back the hollow pipe for compacting sand, and a control device manages issues such as depth of a lower end of the hollow pipe in time series as construction data. A pivot part utilizes transmission/reception means and a database which records and accumulates, for each construction sand pile, the history information containing issues similar to the construction data and a subsequent N value actually measured after sand pile construction, as construction history data of sand piles formed in many construction areas. The database, during the sand pile formation process, selects one piece of construction history data identical with or most similar to the construction data received from the control device among the construction history data, and transmits it to the control device side.
