PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion discrimination device and an eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion discrimination program in which an eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion can be precisely discriminated without depending on subjective determination or experience.SOLUTION: An eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion discrimination device comprises: L value measuring means 2 for measuring the L value being a mean value of brightness of the eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion from an image of an eyelid including an eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion of a predetermined illness period or more imaged through an infrared permeability filter; M value measuring means 3 for measuring the M value being the brightness of a normal regional Meibomian gland from the image; G value measuring means 4 for measuring the G-value being the brightness of a normal regional Meibomian gland gap from the image; MGI calculation means 5 for calculating MGI=(L-G)/(M-G)×100 from the L value, the M value and the G value; and discrimination means 6 for discriminating to be sebaceous carcinoma about the case when the MGI exceeds a predetermined threshold value, or to be chalazion about the case when the MGI is the predetermined threshold value or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
