PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information about a part of porous extending from an apparatus in a linear direction.SOLUTION: A fine structure analysis method of a porous body includes one using porous body data coordinating position information representing voxel position obtained by a three dimensional scanning of the porous body and voxel category information containing information distinguishing whether the voxel is a space voxel representing space or an article voxel representing article. It includes (a) steps (S200 and S300) for setting virtual surface contacting at least one article voxel existing on a surface of the porous body and specifying space voxel contacting the virtual surface and space voxel continuing with a predetermined number or more in a predetermined linear direction from the virtual surface to an inner side of the porous body as an aperture related voxel and (b) steps (S400 and S500) for analyzing a fine structure of the porous body based on the aperture related voxel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
