PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which work efficiency in soil cement clipping is significantly improved and time and efforts for scraping can be reduced by making a joint surface of a core material smooth even when gas-cutting and re-joining the core material, and an adhesive tape for soil cement clipping used therefor.;SOLUTION: A soil cement clipping method is characterized in that earth-retaining construction is performed by embedding an adhesive tape including an adhesive agent layer which is dissolved or swollen by moisture, into soil cement while protecting a core material by depositing the adhesive tape to the core material to cover a surface of the core material beforehand and a mass of soil cement is removed from the core material together with the adhesive tape after the construction.
