PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection cover device for a wiring/piping material capable of holding a protection cover even when a holding tool does not reach an arrangement surface.SOLUTION: A protection cover device 3 includes a protection cover 5 disposed on an arrangement surface 1 for accommodating and protecting a wiring/piping material 2, and a holding tool 6 mounted on the arrangement surface 1 over the protection cover 5. The holding tool 6 has a covering portion 6a covering an upper surface side of the protection cover 5, leg portions 6b extending from both ends of the covering portion 6a toward the arrangement surface 1 at both sides of the protection cover 5, and fixed portions 6c disposed on tips of the leg portions 6b and fixed to the arrangement surface 1. The protection cover device 3 includes spacers 7 for the holding tool, respectively disposed between the fixed portion 6c of each side and the arrangement surface 1, and both fixed portions 6c independently provided with the spacers 7 for the holding tool, are fixed to the arrangement surface 1 through the spacers 7 for the holding tool.
