PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform individual action (guidance of an exhibit or leading) for an individual visitor, by making it possible to recognize which exhibit the individual visitor is viewing.SOLUTION: A wireless repeater 20 includes: a millimeter wave transmission/reception unit 23 for transmitting and receiving a millimeter wave; a beam control unit 22 for controlling of directing a millimeter wave beam toward a specific search position; and a communication unit 21 for transmitting data acquired from a terminal 30 by communication using the millimeter wave to the control device 10. The control device 10 includes: a communication unit 13 for receiving the data from the wireless repeater 20; and a terminal information storage unit 14 for storing terminal information acquired by communication with the terminal 30 using the millimeter wave.
