Provided is a control capable of controlling the color temperature of illumination for video shooting based on the color temperature information from the video camera and turning off the illumination for video shooting only while the video camera is setting the white balance. It is provided that the white balance set in the video illumination can control the color temperature of the video camera based on the color temperature setting of the video illumination. A sensor is provided in the light emitting part of the illumination to provide for monitoring and correcting the color temperature. According to the present invention, the communication device for performing control between both devices is provided in both the video photographing illumination device and the video camera device, and based on the color temperature information from the video camera by using communication.
