PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a terminal from becoming unusable due to shortage of remaining capacity of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: When first conditions are satisfied in a state where a charger 28 is connected with a connection 20, a control unit 22 controls the power of an auxiliary secondary battery 26 to be supplied to a terminal secondary battery 16. When second conditions are satisfied in a state where the charger 28 is connected with the connection 20, the control unit 22 controls the power of the auxiliary secondary battery 26 to be supplied to the auxiliary secondary battery 26. The first conditions refer to such conditions that power is remaining in the auxiliary secondary battery 26, and the terminal charging start conditions are satisfied. The second conditions refer to such conditions that the auxiliary charging start conditions are satisfied, a determination is made that the remaining capacity exceeds a threshold by a determination unit 18, and the auxiliary secondary battery 26 is not in fully charged state.
