PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the data migration of a business program to be conducted smoothly requiring few labors in accordance with the business entity of an enterprise on the occasion of enterprise merger or consolidation.;SOLUTION: An enterprise consolidation assistance system of the present invention holds a table of target programs used in business by enterprises before merger, accepts input of the form of use relating to the code of a table of target programs used in business by an enterprise after merger, and generates a table of target programs used in business by the enterprise after merger from the table of target programs used in business by the enterprises before merger on the basis of the form of use relating to the inputted code, whereby business data are integrated when the enterprises merge.
