SOLUTION: The lining steel pipe 1, which is a double steel pipe of different kind made by casting, has a steel pipe 10 of the outer layer and a lining 20 of the inner layer. The steel pipe 10 is provided with a dent 11. The lining 20 is, for example, high chromium type cast iron.
