PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect a visit actual result of each business person in charge.SOLUTION: The invention comprises: a step for receiving a business person in charge identification number; a step for sending business friend-related data to one client terminal or any one of plural client terminals; a step for storing reference history data which contains a first date which is a date when the business friend-related data is sent, the business person in charge identification number, and a business friend identification number; a step for receiving visit actual result data containing the business person in charge identification number and the business friend identification number from one client terminal or any one of plural client terminals; a step for containing a second data which is a date when the visit actual result data is received, to the visit actual result data and then storing the same; and a step for comparing the reference history data with the visit actual result data, and if a prescribed condition is not satisfied, creating alert data containing a number of a piece of data and business person in charge identification number which do not satisfy the prescribed condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
