WEB APPLICATION SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING SERVICE ACHIEVING BOTH PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY SUPPORT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system for inexpensively providing a secure and highly convenient service meeting the request for protection and management of personal information on a normal basis and the request for provision of personal information from an organization or a support center to which a member belongs, only on an emergency basis, which are inconsistent with each other.SOLUTION: In a web application system, an organization providing an emergency support service manages personal information of a member carrying a portable article in which only an ID number of the member and a telephone number of a group or a support center which has the member registered therewith and should be called at the time of his or her emergency are written, by using a cloud web application system which totally manages the organization and a plurality of other organizations providing the same service as the organization or services similar to the service of the organization, and the organization protects personal information on a normal basis while, on an emergency basis, referring to the system about the personal information to vicariously disclose the personal information to a medical institution or the like, whereby the service meeting both of the requests inconsistent with each other with respect to handling of personal information is supported.
