PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to stably detect core displacement while suppressing interference with other rolling equipment.;SOLUTION: A core dislocation detection device detects core dislocation of a steel material 1 with respect to a pressure roll. The device comprises a guide part 10 for guiding the rolled steel material 1 by a guide hole 11. Steel material surfaces, which include a pair of depressed depression surfaces 1a positioned between a pair of depressed draft surfaces in the rolled steel material surface, are respectively so made as to be detection surfaces.
