PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to stably detect core displacement while suppressing interference with other rolling equipment.;SOLUTION: A core dislocation detection device detects core dislocation of a steel material 1 with respect to a pressure roll. The device comprises a guide part 10 for guiding the rolled steel material 1 by a guide hole 11. Steel material surfaces, which include a pair of depressed depression surfaces 1a positioned between a pair of depressed draft surfaces in the rolled steel material surface, are respectively so made as to be detection surfaces. The core dislocation detection device comprises: a slit 12 which is opened in a wall surface of the guide hole 11 which is formed on the guide part 10 and can face each detection surface; a camera 6 for imaging the detection surface of the steel material 1 through the slit 12; an air case 13 which is interposed between the slit 12 and the camera 6, covers an opening of the slit 12 on the camera 6 side, and of which a portion overlapped with an imaging area of the camera 6 for imaging the detection surface through the slit 12 comprises a transparent body 13a; and an air compressor 16 which pressure-feeds a gas for purging into the air case 13.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
