PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast furnace slag containing-cement slurry composition providing a prepared soil cement slurry with good ease-of-execution and providing cured body having sufficient strength even when a blast furnace slag-containing cement slurry composition having low mass ratio of water/binder for suppressing an injection rate per soil unit volume is used in a soil improvement work, and to provide a preparation method of a soil cement slurry using the blast furnace slag containing-cement slurry composition.SOLUTION: By using a specific binder containing a specific blast furnace slag fine powder and the like at a specific ratio, a specific admixture containing a specific water-soluble vinyl copolymer and the like at a specific ratio and further water, a blast furnace slag containing-cement slurry composition having a mass ratio of water/binder of 30 to 60% and containing 0.01 to 3 pts.mass of the admixture based on 100 pts.mass of the binder is obtained.
