PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel DP prostanoid receptor antagonist.SOLUTION: An optically active non-symmetric indole compound is represented by the following formula (1) where Rrepresents H, Me, Et, Bn, Ts, Ms, Ac, Bz, MOM, MEM, SEM, or Alloc, and Rrepresents H, Me, Et, Bn, halogen, alkoxy, amino, acyl group, or nitro group and may be plurally coupled at any position on carbon of an indole skeleton.
