PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information regarding the detour of a certain zone where traffic restriction and/or traffic jam occur in a tall road.SOLUTION: A detour information providing system includes: a roadside wireless device 130; information providing devices 150, 170; and a detour information processing device 110. The detour information processing device 110 includes a time data reception unit, and a detour time calculation part for calculating a detour time taken from exit to an open road from a toll road at a toll gate T disposed before a certain zone in the advance direction among first toll gates to enter the toll road from the open road at the toll gate disposed after the certain zone in the advance direction among second toll gates on the basis of the data received by the time data reception unit; and a detour data transmission part for transmitting data regarding the detour of a certain zone including information on the detour time calculated by the detour time calculating part to the information providing devices 150, 170.
