PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal device of foreign matter inside of a movement hand rail capable of suppressing a movement hand rail from being circulated and moved in a state of delaying relative to a foot step.;SOLUTION: A removal device of foreign matter inside of a movement hand rail comprises: a support part 71 which is disposed in a movement hand rail 5, and is fixed to a main frame 1; and a file part 72 which is disposed on the support part 71 and contacts an inner peripheral face of an ear part 52 on the movement hand rail 5.
