PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel individual extracting apparatus for variously-shaped components stocked in a non-arranged and aggregate state, capable of flexibly receiving the variously-shaped components of different forms, individually extracting the components in a secure manner, and arranging a required number of components for a required work process.SOLUTION: An individual extracting apparatus M includes, when variously-shaped components are called works W, a work stocker 2, an extruding plunger 3, a receiving nozzle 45 and an extracting hopper 15. The receiving nozzle 45 follows the movement of the extruding plunger 3 in a cushioning manner, and for a predetermined period of time, the extruding plunger 3 and the receiving nozzle 45 are in an abutting state to each other indirectly with the work W interposed therebetween. During this time, the work W is sucked and held by a sucking function of the receiving nozzle 45. Thereafter, the receiving nozzle 45 and the extruding plunger 3 are separated and the suction by the receiving nozzle 45 is stopped, thereby, the work W is individually dropped to the extracting hopper 15 side.
