PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of communication between remote areas.SOLUTION: A face part recognition part 13a calculates an amount of feature of a picked-up image having the parts of a user's face imaged therein, a face part feature point extraction part 11c calculates amounts of feature of a plurality of illustration images corresponding to an input keyword, a face part image selection part 13b selects a prescribed illustration image from the plurality of illustration images corresponding to the input keyword on the basis of the similarity between the former calculated amount of feature and the latter amounts of feature, and replaces the picked-up image having the parts of the user's face imaged therein with the selected illustration image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
