PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-destructive inspection using a coil sensor enabling a wide area from the uppermost surface to the prescribed depth to continuously and rapidly inspected in a single exciting coil.;SOLUTION: A coil sensor 10 A for non-destructive inspection includes an exciting coil wound with a conductive wire 110, generates an alternate magnetic field by letting flow an alternate current into the conductive wire 110, makes the alternate magnetic field to be caused in an object to be inspected 50 in an inspection area having a depth according to the frequency level, and inspecting the nature of the object to be inspected 50 while being detected by detection means. The coil sensor configures one large-diameter large conductive wire bundled with a plurality of conductive wires 110 of small-diameter small conductive wires electrically insulated from each other around the outer peripheral side, and both end sides thereof are connected to connection state switching means 12 separated into individual small conductive wires, respectively, and the mutual connection state of the small conductive wires are switched between series, parallel, and the series and the parallel, and thereby, the entire impedance of the exciting coil 11 is made changeable to a magnitude adapted for the inspection area as a target.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
