The positioning terminal 1 calculates the position of the positioning terminal 1 on the basis of the range-finding signal and error correction information, and calculates a portable cellular ID and a portable cellular phone distance or portable cellular phone direction on the basis of the cellular radio wave. The positioning terminal 1 calculates the position of the portable cellular phone 5 on the basis of the position of the positioning terminal 1, the portable cellular ID, and the portable cellular phone distance or portable cellular phone direction.
