PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow, even after a Web page is created, a keyword to be associated with the Web page to function as a related keyword of the Web page even when the number of the keywords is increased.SOLUTION: Whether or not a musical piece name is included in an answer column is determined by performing access to a Q & A page to refer to the HTML data of the Q & A page. When such a musical piece name is included, a keyword is extracted from a question column, and stored so as to be associated with the musical piece name in a musical piece DB 4. The musical piece name is acquired by performing access to a musical piece introduction page, and whether or not the keyword associated with the musical piece name is registered in the musical piece DB 4 is inquired. When the keyword is registered, the keyword is obtained, and embedded in the header part of the HTML data of the Q & A page.
