PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulfide solid electrolyte material that combines suppression of increase of interface resistance and suppression of increase of bulk resistance.SOLUTION: A lithium solid cell includes: a cathode active material layer; an anode active material layer; a solid electrolyte layer formed between the cathode active material layer and the anode active material layer, where the solid electrolyte layer includes: Li; Ge; at least one of Cl, Br and I; and S, and does not include Li2S and crosslinking sulfur, and at least one of the Cl, the Br and the I is dispersed at a surrounding of a GeSstructure.
