PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor life diagnosing apparatus configured to give information on life expectancy of a first capacitor, a power supply system, a capacitor life diagnosing method, and a program.;SOLUTION: A power supply device includes: first fluctuation detection units (122a, 122c) for detecting a maximum fluctuation value of an output voltage of a first capacitor, at predetermined time intervals; and an output unit (123) which estimates life expectancy of the first capacitor, on the basis of temporal transition of the maximum fluctuation value of the output voltage detected by the first fluctuation detection unit, and outputs a signal indicating the life expectancy of the first capacitor.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
