PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create information that can be processed into accurate weather information by using a power generator using natural energy.SOLUTION: A power management device 12 comprises a detection part 21, storage part 25, and control part 23. The detection part 21 detects an actual measurement of the amount of power generated by a first power generator 16 that generates power by using natural energy. The storage part 25 stores a plurality of days of actual measurements for each of specific times. The control part 23 creates, as power generation information, the maximum measurement that is the maximum value of a certain days of measurements for each of the specific times stored in the storage part 25, and a measurement that is to be newly detected by the detection part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
