PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate information which can be processed to high precision weather information by using a power generator utilizing natural energy.SOLUTION: A power management device 12 includes a detection unit 21, a storage unit 25 and a control unit 23. The detection unit 21 detects the observed value of power generation amount of a first power generator 16 which generates power by natural energy. The storage unit 25 stores the observed value at each specific time for a plurality of days. The control unit 23 generates, as power generation information, the maximum observed value, i.e., the maximum value of observed values for a predetermined days at each specific time stored in the storage unit 25, and an observed value detected anew by the detection unit 21.
