PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input system capable of generating desired input information without requiring a device with an area for drawing traces even when orientation of body sites used as input sites is altered.SOLUTION: An input system of the present invention includes: one or more transmitter units capable of transmitting a signal using a human body as a propagation medium; a plurality of receiver units capable of receiving the signal; phase difference computation means for computing phase difference of the signals received by the receiver units; movement computation means for computing relative movements of a first body site, which allows the signal transmitted from the transmitter units to be output to outside the site, and a second body site, which allows the signal entering the site to be received by the receiver units, based on variation in phase difference of the signals received by the receiver units; and input information determination means for determining input information in accordance with the computed movement. The input information determination means may preferably determine input information corresponding to an acquired trace based on a relationship between a trace pattern associated with the movement and predefined input information.
