PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying system equipped with a new dehumidifying mechanism for dry air, in which a heat pump unit applied to a temperature elevation mechanism can be suitably operated at a low running cost, particularly, even under a condition of high humidity in outside air such as in a season from spring to autumn, a dried product conditioned to a desired dry state can be stably obtained at a low cost.SOLUTION: An air supply mechanism 2 includes a temperature elevating mechanism 3 and a dehumidifying mechanism 5 to elevate the temperature of outside air A0 and dehumidify the outside air. The temperature elevating mechanism 3 includes a heat pump unit 30. The mechanism is configured to supply heat source water W with decreased temperature due to heat exchange with a coolant in an evaporator 33 in the heat pump unit 30, as a cold heat source to other components in the air supply mechanism 2, and thereby, to be capable of taking heat into the heat source water W.
