PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selenium-containing water treatment method which enables efficient adsorption treatment of at least one of tetravalent selenium and hexavalent selenium contained in selenium-containing water.;SOLUTION: The selenium-containing water treatment method comprises bringing selenium-containing water containing at least one of tetravalent selenium and hexavalent selenium into contact with an adsorbent containing zirconium ferrite represented by the general formula Zr.Fe₂(OH)₈ as a main constituent, at a pH of 6 or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
