PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin having high effects of acne treatment and prevention, which has a penetration effect into inside a pore and a sustained release effect of an active ingredient together.SOLUTION: The invention provides an external preparation for skin having anti-acne activation capability, wherein an anti-acne fungus active ingredient-containing nano particle loaded with the anti-acne fungus active ingredient at least one side of an inside and a surface of a biocompatible nano particle formed with any of polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid and lactic acid and a glycolic acid copolymer is dispersed in a substrate in powder, gel, and solid form or a liquid.
