The rail accommodation recesses 13, 14 are recessed like grooves in a top face 12 of the block body 11 and accommodate rails 2. The joint part work recesses 15, 16 are recessed in the top face 12 of the block body 11 so as to be adjacent to a part where a joint part of the rails 2 can be arranged of the rail accommodation recesses 13, 14. In addition, the joint part work recesses 15, 16 are recessed inside the rail accommodation recesses 13, 14 of the top face 12 of the block body 11.
