PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant vinyl chloride resin composition which has excellent flame retardancy that satisfies an OI value of 35 or more and can pass a vertical tray combustion test (VTFT test), and also satisfies standards of cold resistance and oil resistance, and to provide an insulated wire using the resin composition as a coating material, and a cable using the resin composition as a coating material.;SOLUTION: A cable 20 is coated with a sheath 5 formed from a flame-retardant vinyl chloride resin composition containing 10-50 pts.mass of amorphous silica having a specific surface area of 15-50 m²/g and 5-25 pts.mass of antimony trioxide with respect to 100 pts.mass of a vinyl chloride resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
