PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform estimation of a center of gravity position of a vehicle to meet driver's convenience while stopping the vehicle.SOLUTION: There is composed a center of gravity position estimating device 11 that has a pressure release means that releases the air pressure in an air bellows 12; and a deviation load estimating means that calculates the deviation load from the difference of right and left vehicle heights when a proportion of a change of vehicle height becomes smaller than a prescribed size, when the air pressure in air bellows 12 is controlled after the air pressure is released by the pressure release means and is adjusted to keep the vehicle height to a prescribed vehicle height.
