Provided is a method for rapidly, simply and highly accurately detecting and identifying Mycoplasma genus and ureaplasmatum bacteria. (A) performing PCR using 16s rRNA of Mycoplasma genus and ureaplasmatum bacteria using a primer set set for a region common to nucleic acids contained in said bacterial group, (b) A step of detecting and identifying a predetermined bacterium contained in the group of Mycoplasma genus and ureaplasmatum bacteria using Invader reaction.
