The apparatus may include a first interface configured to enable coupling to a universal serial bus device; a controller circuitry configured to at least determine an amount of current and/or voltage available at a mobile high-definition link device when coupled and adjust, based on the determined amount, a value of pull up circuitry coupled to the first interface; and a second interface configured to enable coupling to Mobile High-definition link device.
