Garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide and all-solid Li-ion secondary battery

摘要

A garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide containing Li_xLa₃Zr₂O₁₂ (6≦x≦8) contains Al and element T (T is one or more from Ni, Cu, Co, and Fe). The content of Al is, in terms of Al₂O₃, 2.5 mol %≦Al₂O₃≦15 mol % with respect to a total amount of Li_xLa₃Zr₂O₁₂ contained in the garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide. The content of element T is 25 mol %≦T≦100 mol % with respect to the total amount of Li_xLa₃Zr₂O₁₂ contained in the garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide.
